Wont open

Just updated and now my monitor is unusable because it keeps closing before the picture even comes up. Please fix this problem ASAP so that the product I bought is useable.

Got an email from your tech people today telling me to uninstall the app that "fixed" the problem only to download an updated app with the exact same problem. Your app and customer service are sub par I would not recommend or buy your product for any of my friends.
