Doesnt works since the new update ! Error 105001 Already ask for an assistance but problem persists...

Since the update the app crashes every time you try to open it. Please fix. Its a good app when it works. I like the camera, but cannot use it. Please fix. Please fix. Please fix.

Just updated and now my monitor is unusable because it keeps closing before the picture even comes up. Please fix this problem ASAP so that the product I bought is useable. Got an email from your tech people today telling me to uninstall the app that "fixed" the problem only to download an updated app with the exact same problem. Your app and customer service are sub par I would not recommend or buy your product for any of my friends.

First of all the app doesnt open up after its been downloaded. Second if you buy the camera from Baby R Us they will only take it back within 45 days of purchase meaning if its on your baby register and somebody buys it for you 2 months ahead of time your stuck with a broken item. No refund or credit. Third just be aware !!!

I can understand if it was a random app that had no purpose or little purpose. This app is for the user to watch their child and they cant do so because it does not even open. This is unacceptable and it need to be fixed Immediately.

Worked the first time I tried the device - my baby is not born yet but wanted to be ready. It Was great and my wife and I were very happy. Now that we are a week away the damm thing does not want to connect neither on my phone or my wife. My Wifi signal is currently at 30mbs and still wont connect. The device is nice looking but poor performance. I unfortunately got rid of the box and now stuck with it. I will have to spend money once again.

Good luck using two cameras let alone one. This app crash all the time. So frustrating! Worked "ok" with one and when I installed the 2nd it just couldnt handle it. It crashes. I cant even delete the 2nd camera to get back to the way it was before it went bonkers.

This app needs major work. Aside from the fact that it continues to cut out. It wont allow you to delete some of the pictures you have taken previously from the gallery without deleting the pictures before it. The sleep monitor goes on but you cant watch your baby and keep accurate sleep data. Horrible app

Its 2016, your product, hardware and software, is not vetted enough to make it to market. Connection errors. Hardware is already dis-colored for using incorrect engineering in you materials selection. Poor quality. Please remove and recall all product from market. Ibaby model M3 - SN 210arhq.

Bought product before reading reviews what a mistake! Product/App. crashes immediately... Called customer service and was given the run around and lied too... Then told i should return it and buy there more expensive model!!! Yeah right!!! Do Not Buy!! you ve been warned!!

I never write reviews..... With that said. I was so excited to use the baby monitor with my phone. My husband and I connected our phones one after the other to the monitor. His never worked and my app worked for about the first hour or so and havent been able to use the monitor since!!! App just crashes and wont even open. HORRIBLE!

So many video baby monitors and apps out there bore you with an uninterrupted feed of your peacefully sleeping children. Not iMaybeView! It injects the dull life new parents live by keeping you continually guessing whether or not the feed will work. (Spoiler alert: it wont!) Its just the excitement new parents need, and a welcome escape from the doldrums of domestic life! I will say, though, Im a little disappointed with the latest update. The unpredictability is gone. Now, it just never works. So much for being a cut above the rest!

Ive had this monitor for a week. I have been unable to log in and getting an unsuccessful error for a few days. This baby monitor is pointless if the app keeps crashing.

Have used this monitor for eight months. Has worked fairly well (have had connection issues, crashing, unable to see video feed in the past but usually closing and reopening fixed the issue) until recently. For the past few weeks I cant login to see the video. It just keeps saying connection unsuccessful try again. Tried over and over, wont work.

Weve been using the M2 iBaby and the iBaby View app for the last 18 months. Its gotten progressively worse, to the point where it will no longer even let me or my wife log in. Save your money and buy something else.

This is one of those purchases you regret. A baby monitor on my iPhone sounds awesome. And it would be if the app worked properly. Is my baby sleeping or awake? Well I dont know my monitor and app dont work (I check, this is just to prove my point). Save yourself the worry and headache and pass on this product/app. The other reviews dont lie.

Wow way to keep up on your app and updates !!! This app used to be pretty good but the last two ISO update have made this monitor the biggest piece of crap !!! DO NOT BUY when I bought this it was at a 4.7 star rating now its at 1 star way to keep peoples money and screw them over ! I emailed Customer service with no reply its been 3 weeks

Application no longer works which makes the camera useless. Getting the connection error. Their tech support gave me a work around which doesnt work either. I have 2 cameras which equals 300-400 dollars worth of useless paper weight. Horrible product, horrible company.

I loved this monitor when we first got it but now we are constantly having problems. The app doesnt work half the time or the camera is delayed and freezes, its always something and its pretty irritating. I wish this monitor was as good as I thought it was going to be.

IBaby View could be an adequate app, if it continued to work after the first time! Every time I use it I have to delete the app and re-download to use it the next time. If you put it in the background and try to reopen it the app crashes every time! Frustrating for an app thats supposed to let you monitor your baby! Please update the stability on this thing! Odds are I will just return this product and find something with a more stable app.
