App crashes every time I open

Forever I was thinking this app wasnt working because we have slow internet- but after reading the reviews and several people saying they had the same problems as we do, Im convinced its on their end. Always cutting out, bad connection, I havent even been able to sign in for days. I have a 6mo that needs this monitor, and a 2 yo that I had to steal his cheap (working) monitor from just so I could hear my daughter. This monitor was expensive. Get it together.

The app is horrible. The update does not fix the problem. As of last week you cannot log on at all. In the past the feed was iffy and would cut out if more than one phone was logged in at the same time. We had to make sure that only one app was running at a time in order to keep our connectivity. There have been 2-3 occasions when my older child came to wake me in the middle of the night because my connection was lost in the night and the baby was crying. Warning: Dont buy the camera that uses this app! I wish we had read the reviews before adding it to our baby registry.

Please fix the 4/27/16 update version of the App. The App is crashing! I delete and installed and it still crashing. We cannot monitor the baby. We feel so bad. I got the latest application version was released on 5/7/16. The application was once a while pop and error and now it should error 405019. It looks like the camera is not working!! I need help!!! I called them for refund and they told me they wont refund any camera not buying from them! I ordered from target in October 2015!

The iBaby Monitor M3s has never been able to find my wifi network even when it was in the same room as my router. After over 1 hour trying to do this, getting stupid error messages and rebooting the whole thing 3 times, I decided to return the camera.

It doesnt work anymore! They have to do something about the new version of the app

This app is garbage and the product is garbage. Unreliable and such a waste of money. Do not buy this product. Apple should be ashamed they even sell something like this!!!!

Extremly unstable !!!!!

Just got it yesterday. Easy to set up, already have it on my iPhone and iPad. Baby is not here yet so spying on the dogs while at work today lol. I love that you can take pics if you see something cute. Also that you can talk through it and listen really neat product.

With the new version, i dont able to speak at my baby. I click on the icone and appear " error micro" Depuis la mise à jour, je narrive plus à parler à mon bébé en cliquant sur le micro.. Un message derreur du micro apparaît. Autrement , jadore !

Owned it less than 2 days and camera wont connect to full signal wifi. Wont load any device. Did EVERYTHING for troubleshooting and still wont work. Biggest disappointment with electronics in my life. Dont buy at apple store either, they dont do returns! Im so heart broken.

Product is neat but not effective its always saying "lost wifi connection" even if its right beside the wifi router

Unfortunately, I have to advise against purchasing this camera. The app is simply too buggy. This is sold as a baby monitor. The vendor should be ashamed of selling something so important to parents with so many reliability issues. I am an IT specialist and I can confidently say that the product software is flawed and support is virtually non existent.

2016-04-27 update make app crash at start !!! Plz correct this quick !!

Since the latest update, the app keeps crashing! It doesnt load anymore!!! Please fix ASAP!

I used to be able to use this app. They just did an upgrade and now every time I open it, it shuts itself off automatically and the app closes. I cant even see my child! WTF is wrong with the people that created and maintain this?!?!

The newest update renders the app and therefore the monitor useless, unacceptable and needs to be rectified like yesterday

I did the update and now the app wont open for me. I need to be able to see my baby as he sleeps. Please fix ASAP!!!!!!!

With the last update, program close itself automatically. I install again and try many times but it cant. But previous version running well on my another iPhone.
