Dont update!

I have auto update and now the app wont open. It crashes every time I try to open it! So now Im sleeping in the guest room because Im not comfortable sleeping so far away without a monitor. Ugh!

Complete disappointment

This monitor not only has faulty audio that has never worked but now has an app that crashes every single time I try to open it. The purpose of your monitor is to watch my baby! Not play a video game or text but to actually care for my child. I will never purchase from this company again. For the amount of money paid, this has been an extreme disappointment. Next time I will definitely be going with your competitor, Nests Dropcam. Unacceptable.

What happened?

Worked great until the update the other day. Now it shuts off all the time. So disappointed. Please fix this.

Was average, now update is making it unusable

Big complaints before this last update. 1) loud beep when you turn it on. Terrible for sleeping baby 2) Flashing lights on back of the camera are very bright. Light up dark room. Terrible for sleeping baby. 3) on screen display is framed in white, which means if you want to keep video monitor up your phone lights up your room (even with brightness all the way down). Terrible for sleeping parents. 4) if you leave camera plugged in it will burn enormous amounts of data. Cable company threatened to boot us as customers because of Internet data usage. After the update. 1) App shuts off after a minute or so, solving bright screen problem, but rendering entire point of camera system useless.

This update is terrible

Crashes every time I open it. I need this app to make sure my child is ok. Please fix immediately.

please fix the bug when pressing the sleep button in landscape mode. surprised you have missed this..

App Crashs After 04/27/16 Update

After the app updated on 04/27/16 the app crashes right after the log in screen and doesnt work even after reinstalling or resetting my iOS device. Really disappointed because this has been great until the recent update. I hope the development team fixes this issue.

Wish I Could Give Negative Stars!

The update was horrible! What idiots do you have working there?!?! The app crashes in a minute or less and Im unable to watch my child. If this isnt fixed, I will be expecting a full refund of my equipment and then some!

Horrible app!

I cant believe they can let the app be down for so long, people depend on this monitor. The app wasnt great before it would always freeze on me when the sleep tracker was started. So I was relieved when I saw there was finally an update, but now it doesnt open at all! The camera is great but Im appalled they dont do more to make the app better.

Seriously?

Your update is making the app crash. This needs to be fixed ASAP. When I go to other apps the app closes. Cant hear any sound. Unreal.

fix the app

everything was working great "minus the reconnect beep on the camera". after the update the app force closes after a few minutes of being open. fix fix fix!

Terrible after update

App will not stay open for longer than 1min. Whats the point in having this monitor if it wont stay open!

Do NOT update!

The update rendered my monitor useless. The app crashes before the camera even loads. Completely and utterly ridiculous. Hope someone fixes this bug ASAP.

Shuts off after 3 mins

First night I moved my baby to her own room and the app is not working. Shuts off every 3 mins!! FreAks me out!! I wish there is a number to call or I hope they fix this issue right away!!

HELP!

Looks like we have the same problems as everyone that has this iBaby, app shuts off immediately since the new update. Please fix this issue, we purchased your monitor and it needs to be reliable! Sincerely, Sleepless & disappointed parents!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This barely worked properly before the update. After the update, it doesnt even work at all. When you click the app, the login screen opens and then the app force closes. You cannot access anything. The monitor is completely useless without the app. A complete waste.

Pretty good

I like the monitor for the most part. My biggest frustrations are when it doesnt connect or when our internet goes out the camera turns back on and makes the loudest noise possible. Weve lost power during storms in the middle of the night and the loud beeping of the camera re-connection in my babys room is absurd. The image is good on the camera and I love to see her wherever I am, whether it be in my house or out. The audio is a few seconds slow, which is fine. Weve used this monitor everyday for a year so it was well worth the money we paid.

Junk

This camera only worked on my iPhone and not on my iPad. Now after the update it crashes after 30 seconds. I vote for a class action or they can give me my money back.

Great app - have patience people

I have two of these monitors for my twins and I love them. Yes, the latest update has a glitch that kicks you out, but I called customer service, they were very nice, said that were working on it and should have another update to resolve it today. As a business owner I know how its not always easy and you have to work through issues. Have patience people, theyre only human and Im sure they will work it out since this is solely how their product functions. Now go hug your baby and let some your anger melt away.
