Force closes and wont open with the update. 4/28/16

Someone needs to fix this ASAP!!!!! I rely on this crappy camera every night to be able to hear and watch my son while he sleeps! After this update it crashes every five minutes!! GET IT FIXED!!!!

App crashes constantly and monitor cant stay connected to the network. Very frustrating.

I have use this monitor for a year now.. Well let me rephrase... I have use it for around 6 months straight because for the 1 st six months barely connected. I had to call customer service and actually had someone from their end get into my router and connect the camera some way it didnt kept getting disconnected all the time.. It worker until the last update this morning messed everything all up again. I leave my house at 6 am and from 6 to 8 I see my baby sleeping while im in the office and when she wakes up I can talk to her, she hears me and smiles. This update messed my day. Fix it or get it out of the stores, this is just a waste of $$.

Please fix your app. It does nothing but crash immediately once opened. Not sure what is taking so long. Your monitor depends on this app and it never works.

The monitor is great. Great features, everything. But the app is so so terrible. It wont stop crashing. I have to keep deleting it and signing back in. Fix it fast!!!!

Please fix the 4/27/16 update version of the App. The App is crashing! I delete and installed and it still crashing. We cannot monitor the baby. We feel so bad.

Worked average for video prior to update, since my kid is older now I don’t use the audio as much. So why am I rating it as a ONE STAR??? After the last update, the app constantly crashes rendering it unusable. Please fix this software issue STAT! I sleep much better knowing that I can roll over and see him throughout the night.

I love this monitor but I hate the fact that since the update on 4/27 it keeps crashing after a minute or two....please fix!!

Lately, as soon as I open the app it quits. This isnt some random app, this is so I can watch my baby. It should have absolutely no bugs, this is completely unacceptable and Im furious. DO NOT BUY!

So I was pretty ok with this device and app. There were glitches before, but not too horrible, like skipping in the video and sometimes it would freeze, but then it would get back on track. The most recent problem is not being able to login to the app to see or hear the feed! I mean, there isnt any other way to work with this monitor. I feel upset because I already called about this situation and I felt like they expected me to understand. They said to give it 24 hrs... Its been several days... They said they would call as soon as there was a fox. Never got a call AND still the most recent update doesnt work! I know these thing happen but not like this! Its the monitor I use for my baby who is 6 months old. Please find a solution ASAP! I had to go buy a cheap audio monitor in the meantime. I do r feel I should have needed to do this in the first place

It used to be that this app had some bugs and the resolution was terrible since they didnt make a higher resolution version for the new larger iPhones. Now though every time I open the app it crashes immediately after logging in. Because this is the only app you can use to use the monitor it essentially makes it completely useless. Some bugs I can understand and get past, but this is obviously bigger than a simple bug.

When is this going to get fixed Id like to be able to use the camera with my phone I upgraded and now it wont even let me open it! Not happy at all
